We’d
like to invite each of our parents to the Students of Promise presentation by
Kamehameha School’s Mervlynn Kitashima this Tuesday evening beginning at 5:30
pm in the Band Room. Mrs. Kitashima has
been the Parent Network Coordinator at KS for over 25 years and is coming here
to share some insight on the social emotional growth of teenagers. Hope you can all make it!

Also,
hope you can come out and support our WHS spring athletes – boy’s volleyball
has a big game tomorrow night in Kapaa that will determine who is the first
round champ, golf, tennis, and track are all in full swing now. Be sure to check the athletic calendar on the
right to find out days/times of events.
Quarter
3 grades were due last Friday so report cards should be out soon. We’re also finishing up our third round of
STAR testing this week. Please encourage
your student to take these tests seriously as results will be evaluated and
used with other data to create the list of students who will be placed into
workshop classes next school year.
Have a great week everyone!
Mrs. Anguay
